Penny Sue Carpenter, 73, of Fort Wayne passed away on Monday, October 23, 2017 surrounded by her family. She was born on August 29, 1944 in Muncie, Indiana, a daughter of the late James and Katherine (Brattain) Bell. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and aunt. Surviving family include her daughter, Lori Jordan; grandsons, Shane (Kelli) Heath, Eric (Ashlie) Manor; four great grandchildren; siblings, Cheri (Timmy) Azzarello, Mick (Cathy) Bell, Keith (Debbie) Bell, Gary Bell; one niece, and two nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in passing by her brother, Steve Bell. Private family services will be held at a later date. Advantage Funeral & Cremations Services, Fort Wayne will be handling arrangements.
