In addition to her mother, Phoebe is also survived by her grandparents, Tammy McMillan and Kevin Ryan; and uncle, Alexander Ryan.

A calling will be held at 9am on Friday, February 12, at D.O. McCombs and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home (1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne). The funeral will follow at 10 a.m.
