Randy W. Gardiner

Randy graduated High school from Northrop in 1983. He became a P.I. for a number of years. Randy was a second of three generations Union Member for IBEW Local #1393. He started in line work in 1986 as a heavy equipment operator. He then dedicated his last 17 years to representing the members of the union.

Randy was an avid football fan, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and motorcycles. He loved traveling with his wife, and was highly dedicated to his family.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Tracy Gardiner; children, Tyler (Cortney) Gardiner, Kayla (Philip) Garretson, Christopher (Nosheen Khan) Ripley, Terry W. (Madison) Gardiner; grandchildren, Riley, Emerson, Preston, Amiya, Wilder, Ileen, and Memphis; siblings, Brian Gardiner and Glynn Gardiner; and father, Terry A. Gardiner.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Janet I. Gardiner and brother-in-law, Lance D. Yankey.

A visitation for Randy will be held Saturday, August 9, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 6750 Covington Rd., Fort Wayne, IN 46804.

Funeral service will be held at 1: 00 pm on Sunday, August 10, 2025 with calling one hour prior also at Greenlawn funeral home.
