Robert L Arnold

Robert L. Arnold, DDS, 77, of Fort Wayne passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 29, 2025, in Fort Wayne. He was born October 31, 1947, to Donald Lowell and Helen (Murphy) Arnold of Silver Lake, Indiana. Bob was a 1966 graduate of Silver Lake High School, I.U. Bloomington and I.U. School of Dentistry in 1975. He practiced general dentistry in Fort Wayne until his retirement. Bob met his wife, Deborah (Mountz) Arnold while they were both working in surgery at Lutheran Hospital and they were married for 52 years. Bob is survived by his wife Debbie; three daughters, Nicole (Joe) Wolfcale, Pamela (Ryan) O’Leary and Allison (Ryan) Harris; grandchildren, Jake, Karly and Kamryn Wolfcale; Sean, Brody and Shay O’Leary; Paige and Will Harris; sister, Nancy (Daryl) Bradford; brother-in-law, Craig (Sandie) Mountz; sister-in-law, Suzanne Mountz; four nephews and three nieces. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; parents; in-laws, Omar “Ed” and Helen Mountz; brothers-in-law, Jeffrey Mountz and Virgil “Bill” Bradford. He was a member of the Jorgensen YMCA 5:00 A.M. workout group, Isaac Knapp Dental Society and Orchard Ridge Country Club where he enjoyed many rounds of golf. The family would like to thank the entire staff at Saint Anne’s and Stillwater Hospice for their outstanding care of Bob. In keeping with Bob’s wishes, there will be no services.
