

Robert Lee "Bob" Daring, 91, of Henderson, Kentucky, formerly of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2024. Bob was born on October 7, 1932 in Roanoke, Indiana, a son of the late Robert A. and Lelia (Faller) Daring. He worked for many years in heating and air at Doc Dancers and then for Sun Coast Trailer. He enjoyed spending his time with his family at the Jellystone campground in Pierceton, Indiana . Being together as a family was very important to him. He will also be remembered as a person that would do anything for anyone and never knew a stranger. Surviving family include his children, Tricia Remke, Jonnie Daring, and Dick Daring; 16 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, and 17 great great-grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was preceded in passing by his wife, Jacquelyn (Brinkman) Daring; sons, Donnie Daring and Bob Daring; sister, Pat Melcher; brother, Ray Daring; half-sister, Eillen; and half-brother, Donald. Funeral service will be 11:00 am on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 6750 Covington Road, Fort Wayne with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, January 19, 2024 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne.
