Roger D Grigsby

Roger D. Grigsby, age 58, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, transitioned to Heaven on Friday, September 10, 2021. Roger was born November 21, 1962 in Dayton, OH the son of the late Cleveland Grigsby and Annie Bates, who survives. He was preceded in death by his father, Cleveland Grigsby; sisters, Faye Calahan and Cynthia Helvy He leaves to cherish his memory, three sons; Aaron Davis, Rodgrell and Rodgrick Grigsby; one daughter, Kamya Gaines; twelve sisters, Lisa (Bobby) Holmes, Yolanda and Minister Fernanda (Yvette) Grigsby of Indiana, Naomi (Tyrone) Waters, Catherine,Sharon,and Karen Calahan, Denise, Shaunte and Scoot Grigsby, Mary Bryant and Betty White of Ohio; four brothers, John Bates, Cleveland (Junebug)Jr, Carlos (Dedra) and Joe Grigsby; six grandchildren; and a host of family and special friends. Funeral service will be at 12 pm on Friday, September 17, 2021 at True Love Baptist Church, 715 E Wallace Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46803, with calling one hour prior.
