Ruth enjoyed country music and spending time with her family.
Ruth leaves to cherish many memories to her daughter, Brandi M. Uhrick; sons, Chad M. Bohde, Jr. and Andrew L. Bohde; brothers, Wayne Jess, Eugene Uhrick; adopted daughter, Dawn Reed and her children; sisters, Lucial Hutchins, Marla D. Uhrick and Susan Beetham; 3 grandchildren, Adam Mossburg, Trinity Mossburg and Nathan Bohde and two are on the way; special friends, Tammy Welch, Vicky Olson, Sharon Vestal and Kim Smith; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her sister, Opal Brown.
Prefered memorials are the Cancer Services of NE Indiana.
Graveside service and burial is 10:30 AM Friday, April 24, 2026 at Lindenwood Cemetery.
