Samuel McBride

Samuel McBride, 75, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2020 at his home. Born August 31, 1944 in Belfast, Northern Ireland, he was a son of the late John and Margaret (Adair) McBride. Samuel was a bricklayer with the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craft Workers for over 40 years, from which he retired. He enjoyed watching TV and going to the casinos. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Sue A. (Boxberger) McBride of Fort Wayne; children, Jeffery McBride of Fort Wayne, Kevin (Connie) McBride of Yoder, and Christine (Bob) Weisenauer of Ossian; six grandchildren, Jeremy, Cory, Megan, Travis, Courtney, and Brittany; one great-grandchild, Onyx; and siblings, Patricia McBride, Michael (Barb) McBride, Albert (Susan) McBride and David (Jackie) McBride. He was also preceded in death by his grandchild, Dillon; and two siblings, John and Thomas McBride. Private services will be held by the family.
