SANDY K. KUGLER, 54, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Monday, June 7, 2010, at Lutheran Hospital. Born Nov. 4, 1955, in Loveland, Ohio, she was the daughter of Charles and Edna Poole. She worked as a floral arranger at Gassafy Florist for three years, retiring in 2007. She was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles 3512, V.F.W. Post 857 and American Legion Post 241. Surviving are her husband, Fred Kugler of Fort Wayne; two sons, Lee (Lori) Erb of Cincinnati, Ohio and James Erb of Newport, Ky.; one brother, William Poole of Cincinnati, Ohio; one daughter-in-law, Valerie Kugler; and four grandchildren. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Saturday at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N. Wells St. Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial at a later date in Cincinnati, Ohio. Preferred memorials to Erin's House or the National Kidney Foundation of Indiana.
