Stanley Stan Allen Peppler

Stanley A. "Stan" Peppler, 74, passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2017. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Stan was the son of the late William and Delaurus Peppler. Stan served our country in the Army National Guard. He worked with BF Goodrich for over 30 years prior to his retirement. Stan enjoyed being in his pool, working in his yard, watching sports, completing crossword puzzles, and in his earlier years fishing, hunting, and playing baseball. Stan was a loving husband, amazing dad, awesome grandpa, and a caring uncle to his family. One thing was certain, Stan loved spending time with his family and being with his grandchildren. Surviving are his wife, Diana Peppler of Fort Wayne; children, Todd (Cira Banders) Peppler of Orlando, FL, Dan (Karen) Figgins, Scott (Yvonne) Figgins, Jeff Robbins, Greg (Jamie) Robbins all of Fort Wayne, Noelle (Keith) Gongwer of Spencerville, Robin (Brad) Burns of Woodburn; 22 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; siblings, Mary Branning, Gary Peppler, Doris Eiler, David, John, and Tom Peppler; many special nieces and nephews; and his special boys, Charlie, Andrew, and Cameron. Stan was preceded in death by his siblings, Darlene, Jackie and Sandra Peppler. Service is 5:00 pm, Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road with calling from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm until the service. Memorials may be made to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
