Steve graduated from Northrop High School in 1982. He was a huge University of Michigan fan.
Surviving are his brothers Jeff & Jenny (Call) Blackburn of Monroe, IN, Brien & Debbie (Beeber) Blackburn of Fort Wayne, IN, and Sister Christine Bickle of Orlando, FL
Preceded in death by his Mother Joyce Blackburn.
