Steven Ray Martin, 69, a native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed from this life on Sunday, August 21, 2022 at Majestic Care of New Haven. He was a son of the late Leland and Verna (nee…Thomas) Martin, and was born on April 10, 1953.
Steven served his country in the Navy during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged in 1974.
Surviving are his sisters, Kathryn Cline, Judith (Rick) Gunter, Linda (Roy) Washington; brothers, Gary (Wilma) Martin, Rick (Janet) Martin, Gregory Lynn Martin, Terry Martin and Jeffrey Martin; other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Leland “Wayne” Martin; a sister, Carol Loy; and brother-in-law, Harry Cline.
