Sue A. Coyer, 87, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away November 19, 2025. She was born on November 29, 1937, in Marion, Indiana, daughter to the late Ralph and Violet (Wirick) Adams. Sue worked as a homemaker, caring for her home and family throughout the years. She had also work at numerous businesses, including Trinity Home Center, Lincoln Life, and North American Van Lines. She was a member at Colony Heights Church of Christ and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Surviving are her children, James W. (Karla) Coyer, Jr. of Alparetta, Georgia, Deborah Harvey of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Marilyn Duffield of Woodstock, Georgia; grandchildren, Austin Duffield, Evan Duffield, Hayden Duffield, and Katherine Duffield; and sister, Nancy Hendricks of Bradenton, Florida. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Coyer, Sr. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 28, 2025 at 11:00 am at Colony Heights Church of Christ, 4724 East Tillman Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46816, with visitation two hours prior, starting at 9:00 am, at the church.
