She was born July 6, 1926 in Churubusco, Indiana to the late Frank and Francis Molargik. Pat married the late Dominic Peter "Doc" Lombardo, Sr. on March 20, 1948 at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Fort Wayne. She had many passions, interests and hobbies including bowling, sewing, playing bingo, spending time at the casino, cooking her favorite Italian dishes with family but cherished time spent with friends and family the most.
Pat is survived by her loving children, Madeline (James) Ford-Bickel of Fort Wayne, Mary (Andrew) Vesco of Reno, Nevada, Dominic Peter Lombardo Jr. of Fort Wayne, and Margaret (Matt) Manley of Lagrange, Indiana; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her eleven brothers and two sisters.
Funeral Service is 2:00 PM, Monday, February 17, 2025 at Saint Anne Home, 1900 Randallia Dr., Fort Wayne with calling two hours prior. A recitation of the rosary will occur at 1:30 PM. Interment at Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
