Thomas A. Hetrick, age 66, of Fort Wayne, IN passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. Mr. Hetrick was born on September 26, 1952 in Fort Wayne, IN to Clayton and Roberta (Guethe) Hetrick. Tom attended North Side High School. He served his country honorably with the United States Army National Guard. On August 30, 1975, he married Judy Fisher at St. Jude’s Catholic Church in Fort Wayne. Tom retired B.F. Goodrich after many years of service. He loved to go to his family lake house on Pretty Lake, look at antique cars, and play with his grandson. Survivors include his spouse, Judy Hetrick, Father, Clayton Hetrick, daughter, Amy Hetrick, grandson, Christopher Hetrick-Smith, Sister, Linda Hetrick, Sister, Sandy Hull, and brother, Jim (Deb) Hetrick all of Fort Wayne. He was preceded in death by his mother. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park, 1140 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46815. Funeral service will be held on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 10am at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park. Burial will take place at Highland Park Cemetery.
