He was an Air Force veteran, as a Presidential Radio Command in Vietnam. Tom received his BS, PharmD and MBA from Purdue University. He married his loving wife on May 9, 1968, in Buck Creek, Indiana.
Tom is survived by his wife, Cynthia “Cyndi” Lesley, of Leo; daughters, Tamara (Mike Simcox) Lesley, of Fort Wayne, IN, Amanda (John Neukam) Hartstein, of Fort Wayne, IN; a son, Thomas M. (Nikki) Lesley, of Zanesville, IN; sisters, Tangie Winton and Jacque Keener; his grandchildren, Alex, Jorden, Tyler, Savannah, Teagan and Greyson.
He was preceded in death by his son, Timothy Mark Lesley; brothers, William Lesley and Daniel Lesley; a sister, Chris Brooks; his stepmom Marvella Lesley.
Tom was a member of the Jack Brinker American Legion Post 409, in Leo, IN. He was also members of the VFW and DAV.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home - Pine Valley, 1320 E Dupont Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, with a Funeral Service to start at 1:00 PM. Burial to follow at Riverview Cemetery in Churubusco, IN.
Preferred memorial contributions may be made out to the VA Hospital of Fort Wayne.
