Vernon R Posey

He was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on June 28, 1956 to Jessie and Vernon Posey. He and Cynthia Ann Syndram married on February 15, 1980.

Vernon was an avid sports memorabilia collector who played the guitar and loved his sports cars. He was a very loving husband, father, and family man. He was a man of great character and everlasting strength.

Vernon is survived by his sister Jeri Posey of Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is also survived by five children; Christine Angel, Amanda Posey, Tanya Householder, Megan Posey, and Vernon Posey II, all of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Vernon is also survived by nine grand children. He is preceded in death by his brother, Billy Posey of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Funeral Service Tues. 11 A.M. Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Wayne St. Chapel where friends may call 11 A.M. until service time.
