William R. “Willie” Weaver, 75, of Fort Wayne, passed away, Sunday, December 7, 2014. He was born on July 29, 1939 in Huntington County, Indiana to the late Floyd and Leota (Gaskill) Weaver. He served in the U.S. Air Force. He worked for International Harvester. Surviving family include his wife, Marcia Weaver; children, Jerry Weaver, Teresa Allen, Berry (Chris) Weaver, Kerri Rose; five grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and two sisters and two brothers. A funeral service will be 11:00 am on Friday, December 12, 2014 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also be from 2-5 and 6-8 pm on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Marion. Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association.
