Zina Ida Haaff, 92, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, May 10, 2018. Zina was born on September 3, 1925 to a family of seven children in the country of Poland. She and her older sister, Bronia survived World War II, having been taken into forced labor by the Germans. After the war, Zina came to the United States in 1949, sponsered by the Catholic Relief Organization. Zina became an American Citizen. On October 7, 1951, she married Orval Haaff who survives. She was employed by I.B.M., Lincoln National, and a local dental office. Also surviving are there two sons, Eric (Kim) and Mark (Marcia); and 3 grandsons, Joel, Kyle, and Taylor.
Service is 11:00 am, Thursday, May 17, 2018 at D. O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road with calling one hour prior. Calling also Wednesday, May 16, 2018 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial in Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis, Indiana.
