Graveside: 1:00 p.m. Friday at Laurel Land Memorial Park, 7100 Crowley Road. Visitation: 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday prior to the graveside.
He lived a full and wonderful life, most of it with his wife, Elvia, of 55 years. They traveled to many places while he was in the US Air Force for 22 years with their 3 children. They continued their travels even after his retirement in 1977. He was born in a coal mining town, among 16 brothers and sisters, of Crumpler, WV. He Moved to Fort Worth in 1960 when he married his wife. He enjoyed local and deep-sea fishing, Westerns and gardening.
He is survived by his wife, Elvia; their 3 children: Cynthia, Devalia, Timothy: his brothers: Richard and Paul; and his sisters: Phoebe, Patty, Jeannette, Bonnie and Marie.
