Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Monday at Hope Church, 1750 Beach St., Fort Worth. We encourage those attending the service to wear something yellow, her favorite color. Entombment: Laurel Land Memorial Park, Fort Worth. Visitation: The family will receive family and friends 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Laurel Land Funeral Home.

Carol was born in Sayre, Okla., to Carl Milton and Bettie Ruth Rhodes Oxenreider who preceded her in death.
Survivors: Husband of 54 years, Jerry Roberts; daughter, Tonya Lynn Roberts Wood and her husband, Stan; sons, William Clay Roberts and his wife, Pam, Nathan Tol Roberts and his wife, Arah; sister, Janie Louise Oxenreider Holcomb; granddaughters, Niki Wood, Brooke Wood, Sara Wood; grandsons, Hunter Wood, Sidney Roberts, Fletcher Roberts; "adopted" granddaughters, Jessica Bullock Sturdevant, Gina Bullock Lanthripe; "adopted" grandson, Jon Bullock; several nephews and nieces.
