

Carol Jean Pearce, 69, White Settlement, was called home at 5:25 a.m., Friday, August 10, 2018, after a long battle with cancer. But let us rejoice even in our sorrow as she is now healed, whole and with Jesus.
Carol was born September 03, 1948, in St Paul, Minnesota, but moved to Texas in 1973 with her daughter Tina. She was soon to meet, fall in love and marry Phillip T. Pearce in December 15, 1973. The happy family resided in White Settlement where they built a life around family and community. Their family grew in January 1981 when they adopted William T. Pearce.
Carol had many different jobs over the years but loved her time working at the White Settlement Senior Center. She enjoyed being around the seniors and establishing relationships and deep friendships with both staff and seniors.
She is survived by her husband Phillip T Pearce, daughter Tina M Mitchell and her husband Anthony, her son William T Pearce, brother Richard Miklos and his wife Gerri, sister Patty Gilbert and her husband Gary, sister Mary Estby and numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
She is preceded in death by mother and father, Betty and Art Miklos, brothers Jim and Mike Miklos.
Services and Burial will be beginning at 3:00. Tuesday, August 14, at the Laurel Land Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 7100 Crowley Rd, Fort Worth Texas 76134. Dr. Craig V Mitchell will officiate.
Serving as pallbearers will be Gary Gilbert, Isaiah Liggins, Anthony Mitchell, William Mitchell, Jordan Liggins and Jerry Smith.
Visitation will be held at the Laurel Land Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 7100 Crowley Rd, Fort Worth Texas on Monday August 13 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
