Carolyn Ann Westmoreland

A Visitation will be held at Laurel Land – Rose Hill Funeral Home, 7301 East Lancaster Ave, Fort Worth, Texas 76112, on Monday, March 16, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a Celebration of Life at 11:00 am, with Brent Sanderson, Ft. Worth Fire Department Chaplain officiating. Burial to follow at Laurel Land – Rose Hill Memorial Park.

Carolyn was born on March 14th, 1943, in Fort Worth, Texas to parents Claude and Billie Shutter. She was a loving wife and a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who cherished her family. She was a woman of great faith with a generous heart. Carolyn found great joy in supporting causes that were dear to her.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her Parents, Claude, and Billie Shutter and Brothers David, Jerry, and Billy Ray Shutter.

Survivors: Carolyn is survived by her Husband Don Westmoreland Sr.; Daughter Terri Boop and husband Donald; Daughter Jerri Keisel; Son Don Westmoreland Jr. and wife Jenny; Son Richard Westmoreland; Brother Mike Shutter and wife Elaine. Grandchildren J.D. Keisel; Joshua Boop and wife Kim; Melinda Love and husband Tanner; Kyle Boop and wife Abby; Lauren Westmoreland; Braydon Westmoreland; Rachel Westmoreland; Lani Newsom and husband Titus. Carolyn was also blessed with 14 great-grandchildren and countless nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Pallbearers will be J.D. Keisel, Joshua Boop, Kyle Boop, Braydon Westmoreland, Kyler Kendrick, Jaxon Boop, Kolt Kendrick, Jagger Westmoreland and Jameson Keisel.
