Dodie was born August 21, 1930 in Borger, Texas to Charles and Eunice Jackson. She was a member of the Cowboy Church of Ellis County. Dodie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Virgil Bell, two children, James Bell and Barbara Cline and by five siblings.
Survivors: She is survived by her children, Doylene Fields and husband Larry, Judy Gustafson and husband Marshall, Ted Wagner and wife Darlene, Beverly Wagner, Paul Bell and wife Christy, Danny Bell and wife Linda, Ray Bell and wife Lenora, and Robin Phillips; sister, Betty Jackson; (28) grandchildren, (57) great-grandchildren and (26) great-great-grandchildren.
