Charles attended school Fort Worth ISD. After completion of high school, Charles enlisted in the United States Air Force and served his county for several years.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Freedonia Hatcher.
Charles leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter, Yolanda Williams Garner of Columbia, South Carolina; 3 grandchildren, Gerald Garner, Michael Garner and Shanice Garner-Pelham all of Columbia South Carolina, Cousin Kim Hill, his caregiver Ronald Collins, and a host of cousins and other relatives and friends.
