Mr. Charles Edward Willis Sr.

The union of Leamon and Ollie Willis can another son born May 9, 1040 he was named

Charles Edward Willis (aka Buddy). He was active and studious in school he was able to

skip two grades. He gave his life to Christ at an early age at Little Zion Baptist Church.

He graduated from Stanton High School in White House, Texas and Prairie View A&M College in

Prairie View! Texas, he was a member of the ROTC and worked in the cafeteria.

I attended church with my best friend Nell Pettigrew she introduced Charles to me. Two

years later we were married.on July 27, 1963. Our first son was born one year later, Charles

Edward Willis||, second son Timothy Sean Willis and third son Reginald Dewitt Willis.

Charles was a member of GM retiree organization and Jack and Jill inc for 15 years

He is survived by his loving wife Rosie Williams Willis who was married for 63 years, son Dr. Charles Edward Willis|| md.(Dr.MitzWallace Willis), son Timothy Willis and Reginald Dewitt Willis (deceased)

Sister Hattie Willis Mosley (LPMosley) and brother Robert Willis, grandchildren, Katrina Dory,

Sasha Willis, Daniella Willis Tristan Willis, Charles Edward Willis ||| (Trey).7 great grandchildren

many nieces, nephews,cousins and sister-in-laws, Dorothy Starling, LoRitha Willis and Zelma Jackson

and lifelong faithful friends.
