She is survived by her loving husband; Brandon Keith Burns, her children; Aerian Drake O’Neill, Pheonix Rayne O’Neill and Caliana Sunshine Burns, her parents; Weldon Gage O’Neill and Maria Teresa Sherman, and grandfather; Rudy Martinez. Chelsea also leaves behind 3 sisters; Caitlyn O'Neill, Carly O'Neill, Mayang Guajardo and 1 brother; Jeff Hopkins.
