

He graduated from Jefferson High School and later moved to Dallas, Texas were he met and married Katie Mae Small they had 3 children Patricia, Mark and Patrick. Mark and Patrick both preceded him in death. He later met and married Brenda Mack whom he was married to til her death after over 30 years of marriage.
He worked at LTV for a several years but found a home at Miller Brewing were he remained until retirement after over 40 years. He was also a faithful member of Destiny Church.
He was also preceded in death by both parents and 4 brothers: Henry Wesley(Gene) Spencer, Robert L. Spencer, James L. Spencer and Felix Spencer Jr. and 1 sister Ermalene Jones.
Cleveland is survived by his daughter Patricia James(Charles), his 3 sisters Velma Allen, Maxcyne Jackson and Euralaye Richardson. Grand children Shaleka James and Brian James(Candace). Great-grandson's Jayden McCoy and Issac James and a host of friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Cleveland will be held Thursday, January 23, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at Laurel Land Funeral Home of Fort Worth, 7100 CROWLEY RD, FORT WORTH, TX 76134. A celebration of life will occur Thursday, January 23, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 7100 CROWLEY RD, FORT WORTH, TX 76134. A committal service will occur Thursday, January 23, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Laurel Land Memorial Park, 7100 Crowley Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76134.
