Dan served our country in the Army National Guard. He was a car enthusiast who enjoyed owning and restoring a number of classic American automobiles.
Dan's life was a rags to riches story. He struggled the first 30 years of his life to eventually become a successful entrepreneur. Dan worked hard all his life, especially when it came to his business, and his employees considered him tough but fair.
He deeply loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.
Dan is survived by his sons Mike and Danny Cannon, grandson Dusty Cannon and wife Shelby Cannon, and great grandchildren Savannah, Dakota, and Cruze.
Dan is preceded in death by his wife, Bettie Cannon, who passed away in 2008.
A funeral service for Dan will be held Monday, April 11, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Laurel Land FH - Ft Worth, 7100 CROWLEY RD, FORT WORTH, TX 76134. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Molsbee Cemetery, Nocona, Nocona, TX 76255.
