The family will receive friends during visitation on Friday, March 15, 2019, at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel from 6:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. A private inurnment will be held at a later date at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Delanor was born to parents, Theodore and Eleanor Barron, in September of 1940 in Dearborn, Michigan. The family made their move to California and that is where Delanor was raised. In her youth, she loved school, enjoyed roller-skating, and later, playing with her nephew and nieces. Delanor proudly served her country when she enlisted with the United States Air Force. She served at Otis Air Force Base from 1959 to 1961.
She met her loving husband, George Lutch, and they married October 14, 1961 and began a family. Some of her proudest moments were watching their 3 children grow and succeed. Some of Delanor's favorite memories were made during the Christmas holiday, as this was her favorite time of the year. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, and working in her garden. A loving wife, caring and supportive mother and grandmother, will be dearly missed.
Delanor is preceded in death by her parents, Theodore Mack Barron and Eleanor Mildred Barron. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, George Lutch; children, George C. Lutch, David M. Lutch, and Susan V. Brown; grandchildren, Shawn Lutch, Ben Lutch, Justin Lutch, William Lutch, and Lauren Brown; great-grandchildren, James Lutch and Gavin Lutch and a host of other relatives and friends.
