

Delores graduated from Pasadena High School in 1966. Delores was an incredible single mother to three daughters. Despite the struggles she was a strong mother who always put her children before her own wants and needs. Delores was known for having an infectious smile and a selfless heart. She was always compassionate and willing to lend a helping hand. In order to support her girls she worked as a insurance transcriptionist for over twenty years, later retiring from the city of Pasadena’s planning department.
Delores had many talents. She loved to bake and made the best Toll House cookies ever! She had a wonderful green thumb, which she used to nurture her many plants. Reading, watching movies and playing cards were some of her favorite pass times. She truly was a caregiver at heart! Spending time taking care of her family was her main passion. She treasured her children and grandchildren and embraced every moment with them. She will be loved and missed by all.
Those left to honor and cherish her memories are; mother Betty McNutt Raney and husband Jim; daughters Deborah Carnes, Melissa Muncy and husband Gene; Amanda Curry; sister Denise McCord and husband Chris;Grandchildren; Katie Garza;Jared Mueller;Stevie Allred; Kayla & Kuric Muncy; Colton & Wade Curry; great grandchildren; Samantha & Sydney Garza; Penny Mueller; nephew Tyler McCord and great niece Korah McCord.
