Don was born on March 9, 1922 in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. He died in Fort Worth, Texas on April 24, 2014 at 5:32 pm. He is survived by his wife of seventy years, Libby, and their four children and their spouses: Roger Miller and Glenda, Gary Miller and Dana, Joy Chambers and Bob, and Ken Miller and Julie. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Don was a pastor, church planter, and evangelist serving churches in Texas and New York from 1945-1977. From 1977-2010, Don and Libby led Bible Based ministries conducting prayer conferences in 1,000 churches in America and on mission fields all over the world.
The family will conduct a private burial, followed by a public memorial service held at 2:00 pm on Monday, April 27, 2015 at Christ Chapel Bible Church, 3701 Birchman Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76107.
