

On November 3rd, 2021, Dr Donna Cabrini Williams transitioned from her earthly home to her Everlasting Home.
Donna was born in Port Sulphur Louisiana on December 27, 1966. She was welcomed by her parents Joseph Eddie Williams and Hilda Theresa Williams. Donna was
enthusiastically joined by sisters; Gwendolyn, Monica, Brenda; brother, Joseph, Amanda and younger sister Mary.
Donna began her elementary education life at St. Jude Catholic School. She attended Port Sulphur High School where she excelled in academics and music. She performed as a
soloist with her choral group singing gospel and contemporary music. In 1985 Donna graduated with honors from Port Sulphur High School. She later attended Southern University in
New Orleans earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science in 1993.
In January, 1998, Donna was ready to explore greater opportunities and relocated to Arlington, Texas. She began employment with a computer software company and traveled
extensively excelling in her new career. Donna’s passion and creativity inspired her to explore opportunities in education. With this intense desire to impact the lives of children,
Donna began her journey in education. This proved to be her life’s passion and calling, serving and educating students in Fort Worth ISD. Donna taught for over thirteen years at
Carroll Peak Elementary earning the “Teacher of The Year'' award twice as a dedicated, committed and creative educator. Her intense desire to impact and make a difference in her
students’ lives was a driving force that led her students to set goals for success. In 2018 Donna began her employment in Everman ISD as a professional school counselor. She
addressed the social academic and emotional needs of her students, families and community. Donna’s empathy and compassion for others made her uniquely suitable for this
challenging position. At the time of her transition, Donna was serving the Dan Powell Early Learning Center community. As a lifelong learner, Donna continued pursuing Knowledge
and in 2013 received her Masters of Art Degree in School Counseling. Her insatiable desire for excellence led her to pursue even more training as she acquired her Doctorate in the
Gifted and Talented Program at Texas Wesleyan University in 2020.
Donna committed her life to Jesus Christ and accepted the calling to serve and live a faithful Christian life in her early teens. She was involved in youth groups and used her gifts to
glorify God. Donna was a Believer in the saving and loving Grace of God that sustained her throughout life. Donna lived a life of service, reflecting her beliefs. Donna’s life and
Christian witness touched and impacted the lives of her family, friends and community.
Donna was greatly loved by her two nieces and numerous nephews. She was the Auntie that was always available to listen, support and share words of hope and encouragement.
Donna was present during the celebrations and challenges. She was truly the Auntie they could all depend upon. Her unwavering love was a constant in their lives.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Hilda Williams. She is survived by five sisters: Gwendolyn Jackson, Monica Williams, Brenda Williams, Amanda Broussard,
Mary Preston; and one brother, Joseph R Williams, and a host of cousins and friends whose lives she touched and Blessed.
