Funeral Mass: 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2016 Willis Lane, Keller. Burial: 10:15 a.m. Friday in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: will 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel.
Mr. Poplin was born March 19, 1927, in Jefferson to Harvey L. and Nancy Foreman Poplin. Frank served in the U.S. Army and Air Force, during World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. Frank spent some of his later years researching his roots and the results are on file in Austin as well as the Mormon archives in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Survivors: Wife, Mary Poplin; daughters, Barbara T. Poplin and Annette Stevenson and husband, Bob Stevenson; granddaughters, Teresa Wilson, Kristen Tousley, Elizabeth Stevenson and Sarah Stevenson; five great-grandchildren; and many other nieces, nephews and cousins. God bless them all.
