

Fredric honorably served his country in the United States Air Force, completing four years of active duty. He continued his dedication through many more years in the Air Force Reserves and Civil Service, ultimately retiring with the rank of Master Sergeant. He took great pride in his military career and the many friendships formed throughout his years of service.
Fredric had a passion for flying. He loved piloting his Cherokee 180 airplane and created many unforgettable memories in the sky.
Fredric will be remembered for his kind heart, generous spirit, and love for life. Always ready to strike up a conversation or offer a helping hand, he touched the lives of many. His warmth, compassion, and deep love for his family and friends will never be forgotten.
Fredric is survived by his children: Pamela Peters (Husband Billy), Kathy Collins, Cindy Allen, Connie Sobo (husband John), and Debbie Hamrick (husband Bob). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, all of whom brought him great pride and joy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Nyal and Ruth Collins; his sister, Irene Gali; his brother, Richard Collins; his grandson, Anthony Peters; and his three wives Doris Collins (married 5 months), Dorthy McCloud (married 21 years), and Ogena Collins (married 30 years), whom all had meaningful chapters in his life
A visitation for Fredric will be held Thursday, July 10, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Shannon Rufe Snow Drive Funeral Home, 6001 Rufe Snow Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76148. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 3:00 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX 76034.
