

Gary Peyton White Jr., 52, of Crowley, Texas, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025. Born on February 2, 1972, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Gary was known as a generous, friendly, and passionate soul. Always quick to smile and laugh, Gary was the life of the party and ready to make a joke to help lighten the mood.
Gary married the love of his life, Stephanie White, on August 15, 1998, in Fort Worth, where they built a life filled with laughter, love, and cherished memories. He loved his family unconditionally and above all his love for his savior Jesus Christ was unmistakable. He worked for 27 years as a dedicated Cable Splicing Technician for AT&T, where his colleagues knew him for his strong work ethic and easygoing spirit.
Gary had a passion for motorcycles, drums, and music of all genres. He performed in multiple bands and organizations over the years including 7 years with the Christ Church Assembly of God, Blacklist, Chris Osborne, and several others. He loved barbecues, and sweet treats, and he never missed a chance to enjoy trips to the lake, jet skiing under the sun or camping out in nature. His surviving pets, Rusty and Jasper, were sources of love, comfort, and companionship for whom he would do just about anything. Gary will be remembered for his big heart, his love for a good time, and the way he made everyone feel like family.
He is preceded in death by his father, Gary White Sr.; his step-father, Manuel Marin; and his beloved wife, Stephanie White. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Marin; his daughter, Ariel Ismael-Reynolds; his brothers, Alvin and Andy Adair; his sister, Heather Adair.
A funeral service to celebrate Gary's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on February 10, 2025, at Laurel Land Funeral Home in Fort Worth. Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Sunday, February 9, 2025, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. A reception will be held after the funeral service at Gary’s home, details for which will be provided at the service.
Gary's vibrant spirit and the memories he created will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. If you would like to honor Gary’s memory, the family asks that, in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to a cause dear to Gary’s heart, Solo Dog Rescue.
