

Jerome G. Larson, lovingly known as Jerry, dad and Poppy to his grandchildren, passed away in the early morning hours of December 2, 2025. He was born and raised in New York, NY moving to Keller, Texas in the 1970s to live out the remainder of his life surrounded by family, beautiful memories, laughter and love.
A devout family man, Jerry built his life around the people he loved. An intellectual, he had a deep passion for learning, teaching, and travel; soaking up everything life had to offer with an unmatched vibrance. His curiosity about the world and his drive to create never faded. Jerry took special pride in traveling back to his father’s homeland of Sweden, reconnecting with his heritage and embracing the traditions and history that shaped his family’s story.
To his family left behind, he was more than just Dad and Poppy. He was years of beautiful holidays, cherished memories, laughter, the life of the party, support, generosity, guidance and a centering presence.
Jerry was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Anne, with whom he shared a life filled with devotion, partnership, and happiness. He is survived by his cherished children, Jerry and Tara, and his grandchildren: Blaire, Brianne, Patrick, Larson, Cornelius, Steven, Mike and Fadia. He also leaves behind his great-grandchildren, Phoenyx and Noah. The family Jerry and Anne made brought him immense joy and pride.
Jerry’s legacy lives on in the family who will continue to carry his values, his curiosity and the enduring sense of connection he fostered throughout his life.
