Joan G. Borgmeyer

Joan G. Borgmeyer, an Alabama native and resident of Haslet, TX passed away peacefully at her home Sunday evening, August 26, 2018, after a long battle with lung cancer. Joan was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister who enjoyed traveling and going on cruises to Alaska.

She was born on January 5th, 1950 in Birmingham, Alabama to N.C. Gargus and Evelyn Gargus.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Ken; her daughter Traci; grandchildren Jaci and Tierney; her sister, June Alford, brothers and sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and grandson Drake Dingman.

Visitation and rosary will be held on Thursday, August 30 at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Rosary will be recited at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, August 31 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Keller, with Fr. Gary Picou officiating.
