Kelley was born Sept. 29, 1978, in Louisville, Ky. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents; maternal grandfather; mother-in-law, Deborah; and a sister, Leah Lombard.
Survivors: Husband, Kenneth Ellis McCall; parents, Bruce and Charlotte McCall, Tom and Paula Lombard and Travis and Martha Tichenor; sister, Katie Lombard; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
