Louise Howard Phillips, age 77, of Little Elm, Texas passed away on Wednesday January 15, 2020. Louise was born June 16, 1942 in Monrovia, Liberia and a proud graduate of the Stonar School in Wilshire, England and the University of Mary Hardin Baylor in Belton, Texas. She worked as an Administrator in Public Works in Liberia.
Her mothers, Mary E. Williams and Marway Barcon preceded her in death and her husband, Gabriel E. Phillips preceded her in death also preceded her in death by her father J.C.N. Howard, Sr., and preceded on death by her siblings Abraham Howard, Lawrence Howard, Rebecca Howard and Joseph Howard, Jr.
Left with cherished memories; her children, Dr. Winston Howard, Gabrielle Phillips-Black(James W. Black, III), Gabriel Phillips II (Stacy Yamah Phillips), Cyanna Phillips Urey (Andrew, Jr.) and Sean Howard (Sundina Sidmore Howard); brothers, J. Wesley Howard (Princess Andrews Howard) and James Howard; and one uncle Henry Barcon;14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren a host of other loving and devoted family and friends.
