Lucio was born Sept. 16, 1945, in Elsa to Dionicio and Dolores Garcia.
Survivors: Loving wife of nearly 30 years, Beatrice Garcia; children, Linda Garcia, Lucio Garcia Jr. and Bobby Lee Garcia; siblings, Guillermo B. Garcia, Ramon B. Garcia, Juan B. Garcia, Rey B. Garcia, Raquel Garcia, Flora Rios and Olga Rios; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
