Margaret Bush Fontenot passed peacefully, Monday, December 4, 2017. Service: A life well celebrated will take place on Saturday, December 16, 2017, 11:00 AM, Greater Eleazer Baptist Church 5025 Sunshine Drive. Visitation: Friday, December 15, 2017 from 12-4 PM Gregory W. Spencer Funeral Directors and the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 7:45 PM at Sons of God Church 2316 Walker. Burial: Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Margaret thoroughly enjoyed teaching in the Fort Worth ISD and she loved her family, church and cooking. Left with fond memories: loving and devoted husband of 54 years, Pastor Farrison Fontenot, children; Shawndra Fontenot and Cherise Fontenot Hernandez; brothers, Roy Bush, Sr. and Norman Bush; step-sister, Gwen Nunn; grandchildren, DaLeon Johnson, Nathalie Byers, Danadia Johnson and Zachery Myers; a host of other relatives and dear friends.
