She was born in Duffau, Texas on December 27th, 1935. She graduated from Azle High School, and received her Bachelor's degree from Texas Christian University.
She was married to John Emory Jenkins on June 20th, 1956 in Fort Worth, and went on to a career in teaching. Her passion was gardening and traveling with her husband.
Marjorie is preceded in death by John Jenkins, Lloyd Jenkins, and Mansel Madden.
She is survived by her son Michael Jenkins, and her siblings Marshall Madden and Peggy Harkins.
Funeral arrangements will be held at 3:00 PM, July 18th, at Laurel Land of Fort Worth's Chapel of Chimes.
There will be a visitation the day prior from 4-6:00 PM at Laurel Land of Fort Worth.
