Olive Dee Phillebaum was born in Mullen TX on March 25, 1928 and died on July 25, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her husband, F.A. “Phil” Phillebaum.

She is survived by her brother: C.R. Massey, her daughter: Janet Etheredge, 2 grandsons: David Etheredge and Jason Etheredge, one granddaughter: Jennifer Kelley and her husband Philip Kelley, and 2 great grandchildren: Liv Kelley and Pearson Kelley.

She enjoyed traveling, playing cards and dominoes.
