A visitation for Otis will be held Tuesday, June 14, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Gregory W. Spencer Funeral Directors, 4000 Miller Avenue, Fort Worth, TX. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 2:30 PM at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 76244.
