Richard Valgene Ross, age 79, of Fort Worth, Texas passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022. Richard was born December 10, 1942 To Bonnie and William Ross in Hutchinson, KS. He joined The Air Force in 1960. Richard married Johnnie Ruth Mickles on May 29, 1964 and they had three kids. He retired from the Military in 1986 as a Master Sergeant. In his retirement he enjoyed playing pinochle, listening to his vinyl records cooking for his family and watching the Dallas Cowboys and old Westerns. He was always willing to help people often giving them rides or bringing them items that they needed. In his later years he enjoyed simpler things like going to Walmart, Riding around the neighborhood on his scooter and spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his Parents, his brother, William, Jr and his son, Michael. He is Survived by his wife, Ruth Ross; his children, Anthony Ross and Patricia Lashapelle (Xzavior); his grandchildren, Sydney Ross and Jordon Minter; his sister, Desiree Ross and his nephew Eric Ross.
