Robert was born in Aberdeen, Washington on October 9, 1942. He graduated from North Beach High School and received a Masters from Washington State University. Robert was married to Ann Harper on Sept 21, 1974 in Fort Worth, TX. He had a career as an officer in the US Air Force, and as an engineer for the City of Fort Worth. He was also a member of Mobile Missionary and had a passion for traveling, and went to many countries all over the world.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Robert B Harper II and Eileen Harper. He is survived by his wife, Ann Harper; children, Pamela Cohn and Charles Gaisser; grandchildren, Danielle Turner, Casey Turner, Brady Gaisser and wife Lindsey, Brent Gaisser, Bryce Gaisser and wife Delaine; great grandchildren and (the joys of "Boboos" life), Dayton, Dylan, Phoenix, Branson, and Azrael.
