Robert Lewis Tidwell Jr.

Robert was born in Oakland, California, to a Southern Baptist family, Robert L. Tidwell Sr. and Doris Tidwell-Fox on January 4, 1955. He moved to the DFW area in Texas, when he was 4 years old and attended HEB High School in Hurst where he played football as a middle lineman.

He was a United States Army veteran who enlisted for 4 years. He was deployed overseas to Central America where he met his ex-wife Marcelina. He worked as an outdoor retailer specializing in firearms for over 30 years. He treasured the outdoors, especially hunting.

Robert is preceded in death by both of his parents, Robert Tidwell Sr. and Doris Tidwell-Fox.

He is survived by ex-wife Marcelina Landau, children Richard Brewer, Krysten & Jonathan Torrez, brothers Paul Tidwell and Orren Tidwell, grandchildren Letticia Torrez, David Torrez, Nathaniel Torrez, Alyssa Jones-Dance, Leah Brewer, Caleb Hidalgo, Kamryn Brewer, Logan Brewer, Luke Brewer, and great-grandchildren Miles Dance and Blossom Hidalgo. Extended family: Tiger Tidwell, Elvia Vaughn and Arturo Landau.
