

Sandy served as a co-leader of the Fort Worth Pulmonary Hypertension Support Group. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made at www.phassociation.org to fund research to cure pulmonary hypertension.
Sandy was born Aug. 4, 1959, in Fort Worth. She was a lifelong resident of the western side of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and a graduate of Eastern Hills High School. Sandy was a two-time past president of the Texas Rangers Women's Club and a past president of American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 389 in Fort Worth. One of her passions was to collect Christmas ornaments. She was a charter member of the Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Club and a former member of the North Texas Keepsake Keepers Club. As a young teen, Sandy loved to ride horses and was a member of the Meadowbrook Wranglers Riding Club in Fort Worth.
Sandy worked for more than 25 years for Tandy Corp. (RadioShack), first as a data entry clerk and later in information technology.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, A.J. and Beulah Faye White (Townsend).
Survivors: Sisters, Linda Curtis and her partner, Johnny Johns, and Brenda and her husband, Larry Beaver; her husband, Rich; daughter, Jennifer and her husband, Jesse Hart, and their children, Gage and Alyssa; Rich's children, Amanda and her husband, David DeRousse, and their children Neil, Abby and Madison, and Valerie and her husband, Mike, and their daughter, Allison.
