He was a lifelong resident of Haltom City. He graduated from Haltom High School where he loved playing football with the Haltom Buffalos. He excelled in weightlifting and held a school record for many years. The last few years he has enjoyed playing Fantasy Football with his former classmates. Stephen was a Dallas Cowboys fan and growing up his idol was Bob Lilly. Stephen also boxed for Panther Boys Club for his uncles Frank & Alvin Pryor. He loved to read, especially History books and watching the History TV. He attended BBC and was baptized by Bro. Dwayne Green at 10 years of age.
Stephen was preceded in death by his father Johnnie Edgar Pryor. He is survived by his wife Amber, daughter Sydnee, stepson Chandler Goss, Mother Gay Pryor, brother Scott Pryor, niece Emily Broom, nephew Scotty Pryor, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and good friends.
A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, August 19 at 1:00 pm at Birdville Baptist Church, 3141 Carson St., Haltom City, 76117. After the service the family will receive friends in the BBC Family Life Center.
